The RISE Beijing conference was held on the 20th and 21st October 2011 at the Peking Union Medical College, 5# Dong Dan San Tiao. New Research Building，Room 805 (东单三条5号新科研楼805会议室). The conference was hosted by the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and the Peking Union Medical College, and it was co-chaired by Prof. Xiaomei ZHAI Ph.D, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and the Peking Union Medical College, and Prof. Chi-Shing Chen, College of Law of the National ChengChi University of Taiwan.
